The PROCTOR MUSEUM OF NATURAL SCIENCE was incorporated on St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 1989.

We have the minutes of Annual Meetings (both Voting Member Council and the Board of Directors) for each of these prior years. However, at the moment we have not been able to locate all Minutes and it also takes a good bit of time to retype them onto the website. We will be building a list of every year's Annual Meeting Minutes, and you can click on a year and find that year's minutes and other information about that year and the PMNS. Also we are providing a table of the PMNS Past Presidents & other Voting Member Council Officers. Terry Proctor is not only one of the six founders of the PMNS, but has served as Board Chairman every year since the Museum was founded.

We presently have Minutes transferred to this website for the fiscal years 2003 through the last annual meeting.
